Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Fashion Queen. We take pride in our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers.

Please be aware that exchanges or refunds for products due to incorrect sizing and change of mind is not possible within the Fashion Queen website due to our supplier restrictions. To help with purchasing the correct sizing, please use the size guides provided on each product page.

Refunds will only be issued for products that arrive to you in a faulty condition and evidence must be provided and approved by Fashion Queen admins in order to proceed. Exchanges are not offered by Fashion Queen at this time.

Eligible Refund

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be faulty, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact and must be within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@fashionqueen.com.au with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at customercare@fashionqueen.com.au to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. 
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have been provided.
  4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
