At Fashion Queen, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing, we do offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:
Eligible Return Reasons

The item is faulty or damaged

The item is significantly different from the description or images

You received the wrong item
Return Conditions

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached

Supporting photographic evidence must be provided
How to Request a Return

A brief description of the issue

Photos showing the fault, discrepancy, or incorrect item
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is not eligible (e.g., incorrect size or change of mind), it will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items that are:

Not as described

Incorrectly shipped
